Print a Statement

Load a customer’s finalized invoices, choose the invoices to include, and print a statement for that customer.

Load invoices for the customer

  1. Open Finance > Print Statements.
  2. Search for the customer and choose any status, start date, or end date filters you need.
  3. Click Load Invoices to pull the finalized invoices that match.

Select the invoices to include

  1. Review the invoice table for the selected customer.
  2. Check the invoices that should appear on the statement.
  3. Confirm the list reflects the current unpaid, partially paid, or paid filter you intended.

Print the statement

  1. Click Print Statement.
  2. Review the statement output in the new tab before downloading or printing it.
