Turn Shipment Tracking On or Off

Enable tracking on the shipments customers should see, manage customer tracking defaults, and retry failed tracking registrations when needed.

Manage tracking on individual shipments

  1. Open Portal Access > Shipment Tracking.
  2. Search by shipment number, customer, or reference number to find the shipment.
  3. Use Enable to register supported references for tracking, or Disable to stop future updates.
  4. If a registration failed and customer tracking is still allowed, use Retry after reviewing the error.

Review customer tracking defaults

  1. Open Customer Tracking from Portal Access when a customer should be blocked from future tracking enablement.
  2. Use Turn Off to move the customer to the blocked list, or Turn On to allow future tracking again.

Changing customer defaults does not remove tracking from shipments that are already registered.

Confirm the tracking surface is ready

  1. Check the Tracking API and Auto Updates status cards on Shipment Tracking.
  2. If the page reports Not Configured or Not Ready, ask an administrator to finish the tracking integration setup.
