Start from the Check Out board
- Open Check Out and select the shipment row that is ready to leave the warehouse.
- Open the Check Out tab on the shipment details page.
Outbound
Check Out a Shipment
Move freight through pickup by starting checkout, recording the trucker details, and completing the outbound confirmation.
Record the pickup details
- Click Start Check Out.
- Enter the trucker, driver, or other required outbound pickup fields.
- Review any final tasks or documentation that must be complete before the freight leaves.
Finish the handoff
- Click Complete Check-Out to save the outbound confirmation.
- Confirm the shipment status changed as expected on the board.
