Find Freight in Storage and SKU Inventory

Use Shipment Inventory for board-level warehouse visibility and SKU Inventory when you need to trace specific goods, pieces, or PO-linked stock.

Use Shipment Inventory for shipment-level visibility

  1. Open Shipment Inventory from the warehouse navigation.
  2. Apply filters to narrow by shipment, customer, facility, status, or warehouse attributes.
  3. Adjust the visible columns when the team needs a different operating view.
  4. Open a shipment row to move from the board into the shipment detail workflow.

Switch to SKU Inventory for goods-level lookup

  1. Use the SKU Inventory tab when the question is about an SKU, PO reference, label, or storage location.
  2. Filter by SKU, PO, customer, status, or facility to isolate the goods you need.
  3. Open the linked shipment from the result row when you need to act on the freight.

Export or share the current view

  1. Use Export CSV after applying the filters your audience needs.
  2. Save column preferences when the board should default to a recurring operating layout.
