Create a Consolidated Shipment

Select available goods from a facility, enter the outbound shipment details, and create a new consolidated shipment from multiple goods lines.

Select the source goods

  1. Open Consolidate.
  2. Filter the available goods by SKU, PO, description, notes, or reference number.
  3. Select the goods lines that should be combined into the new outbound shipment.

Enter the outbound details

  1. Review the Selected Goods summary on the right side of the page.
  2. Enter the PO number, customer, supplier, pickup trucker, mode, import/export type, and notes for the new shipment.
  3. Confirm the shipment details match the outbound move you are building.

Create the consolidation

  1. Click Create Pick & Pack Shipment.
  2. Open the new shipment and review the moved goods lines.
  3. Check the Shipment Lineage section on the source or target shipment when you need to audit the consolidation path later.
